Daryll Kidd is a partner in Bocarsly Emden. She practices general real estate law with an emphasis on affordable housing where she represents developers (both for profit and nonprofit) and investors in connection with the acquisition, financing and syndication of real estate projects utilizing the low-income housing tax credit and the new markets tax credit.

Ms. Kidd was formerly with Bingham McCutchen LLP.  Previously, Ms. Kidd worked for the administration of former Los Angeles Mayor Richard J. Riordan in the Offices of Community Affairs and Policy.

Ms. Kidd received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1999 and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2004.
